Job Description
The Growth Marketer at SmartRecruiters works as a key contributor on the Global Demand Generation team, supporting cross-functional leaders to build and execute marketing programs intended to increase awareness, fill the top of funnel, and lead targeted engagement with key prospect accounts.
What you’ll deliver:
- Working with internal and external partners, you’ll brainstorm and launch new experiments, A/B test, then scale the winners
- Define buyer journeys, crafting messages that align to business challenges and expected outcomes
- Take ownership of pipeline and CAC targets. You’ll be responsible for hitting targets around both Customer Acquisition Cost and Sales Qualified Opportunity generation
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Marketing Leadership to measure the impact of each campaign and develop ways to scale
- Monitor key performance indicators for programs across multiple tactics and ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of prospecting and marketing tactics
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years working in a growth marketing role
- Proven experience in split testing, measuring & optimizing performance of marketing campaigns
- Excellent organizational skills and can multitask across teams, projects and priorities
- Own and design programs and make a significant impact on the business.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Experience using marketing automation, CRM and analytics platforms such as Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, and Outreach
