Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated experienced B2B content marketer to build a sophisticated and impactful content marketing program that will massively scale marketing investments. The right person will have an eye for top-quality B2B marketing content and a data-driven mindset to help connect content strategy to business results. As the leader of our content marketing effort, you’ll develop the overall content strategy, you’ll create and publish engaging and inspiring content, and you’ll constantly measure the impact across the business. You should have a passion for creating and amplifying amazing stories.

As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies that inspire audiences to engage and move through the buyer’s journey
  • Leverage PMM-driven messaging and narratives to write and edit compelling, research-driven core content - including websites, case studies, white papers, video scripts, and more
  • Concept and collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging marketing moments, delivering effective and impactful copy across multiple channels (including blogs, advertising, email campaigns, digital experiences, and in-product messaging)
  • Partner with digital marketing teams to create content that will grow organic traffic, improve search ratings, and drive up conversion rates
  • Define content performance metrics and implement new mechanisms to benchmark and measure impact
  • Test, refine and improve content based on feedback and analytics
  • Publish and internally socialize content to all appropriate stakeholders and partners
  • Set a high bar and ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and style across all assets and platforms

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in HR tech or HR 
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing at B2B tech companies
  • Proven experience building audiences, creating and distributing content that drives business success with results
  • Demonstrated proficiency testing and optimizing content and CTAs to drive engagement
  • Ability to create editorial standards and coach other writers and vendors to ensure content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone
  • Experience with SEO and different content channels, including YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, industry-specific channels, and microsites
  • Customer-centric mentality, ability to understand the customer’s needs and challenges and translate them into compelling content
  • Sharp attention to detail with exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Be a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • Portfolio showcasing B2B demand generation work samples required
