Job Description
As SmartRecruiters continues its growth trajectory, we are evolving and expanding our organization and People team. In this newly created role, you will report to the Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness and will be responsible for leading a team of Global HRBPs to deliver exceptional business partnership and HR service delivery.
We are looking for a seasoned HRBP and true leader to work with the senior management team to serve as a force multiplier to drive results while increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You will be responsible for the delivery of people operations and experiences across the business. You will lead, build, create and execute both team and individual projects. You will develop, coach and support the People Team Business Partners and internal clients throughout the planning and execution for these programs, tying them back to the business strategy and running the day to day.
You should have experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments helping a business scale rapidly. You will be known as a savvy leader who is ambitious, strategic, and results-oriented.
What you’ll deliver:
Daily Leadership for our HRBP Team: Empathy, kindness and care is at the heart of how we work together. You will demonstrate this in your daily interactions in your leadership role by leading, coaching, developing and guiding the HRBPs across the globe (key markets - North America, EMEA, Poland) to develop, grow and deliver exceptional business outcomes.
Drive Business Results through Scale: You will use your innovation, process orientation and experience to scale our core people team operations. Lead and coach HRBPs and leaders on change management efforts, share insights and take action to drive sustainable business and talent outcomes.
Maximize People Team and Leader effectiveness: Through strong execution, implementation, change management and ongoing coaching.
Qualifications
Experience:
Experience leading a diverse HRBP/HR Manager team that are responsible for cross-functional deliverables. Experience in North America, EMEA, DACH and Poland preferred.
Experience supporting a scaling of high growth teams and organizational transformation while delivering and maintaining high quality systems and exceptional experiences.
Exceptional project leadership and change management skills combined with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and analytical capabilities.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities is essential.
Must be able to influence, problem solve, and successfully collaborate and communicate with internal clients on various levels.
Qualifications:
You should have at least 8 years of experience in an strategic HR role with broad knowledge and experience in human resource
Experience partnering with executive business leaders in fast-paced, high growth, and dynamic business setting is required.
Knowledge of employment laws such as ERISA, COBRA, ADA, and other federal and state laws covering discrimination and equal opportunity employment.
Ability to work in a fast paced, start-up type environment is essential.
Demonstrated success working with commercial GTM teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, including employee development.
Exposure to multi-state and international employment laws.
Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
Experience working in a high-tech, entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
