Job Description

We are looking for a talented, experienced Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition to join the SmartRecruiters world-class People team. As a key member of the People leadership team, the VP will be responsible for scaling our recruitment strategies across our markets and geographies (North America, EMEA, APAC, ANZ). This leader will be responsible for driving our global recruiting strategy forward, setting the vision for the Hiring Success team, and enabling business outcomes

This role will report to the Chief People Officer and will be responsible for building strong inbound and outbound talent attraction and selection strategies that enable SmartRecruiters to develop a diverse pipeline of talent to execute on current and future hiring needs. 

What you’ll deliver: 

  • A progressive talent acquisition strategy and multi-year roadmap, partnering closely with the executive leadership team and cross-functional partners.

  • Global recruiting strategies that attract, evaluate and hire exceptional candidates for all roles in all geographies.

  • Drive development and execution of sourcing and talent marketing strategies in alignment with SmartRecruiter’s hiring priorities and employer brand initiatives.

  • Advocacy and promotion of diversity in the workplace while ensuring recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates.

  • Continuous improvement of the overall candidate experience.

  • Active participation in strategic planning sessions regarding employee development and engagement.

  • Expert in the SmartRecruiters story, values, and Hiring Success methodology to hire at scale and drive business outcomes.

  • Value-based metrics, tracks, monitor, and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of all programs, initiatives, and performance management of the Hiring Success team.

  • Robust recruitment operations practices to enable recruiter success including but not limited to process documentation, SmartRecruiters ATS, and SmartCRM re-implementation, selection and assessment strategy, scheduling, and vendor management.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience building and scaling a team within a SaaS and/or pre-IPO organization strongly preferred. 

  • Passion for innovation with a focus on providing an amazing experience to both hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters.

  • Experience driving efficiency and delivering on measurable impacts and value creation through data.

  • Known for creating best-in-class, global processes that allow teams to execute successfully and efficiently.

  • Experience building a global recruiting infrastructure, including processes, programs, and tools.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills up to the Executive level.

  • Highly collaborative, organized, and strong attention to detail.

  • Proven success in delivering consistent results under time pressures while managing multiple priorities & stakeholders.

  • Instinctively know when and how to introduce change, in such a way that it is broadly accepted. 

  • Able to handle complex matters, with multiple initiatives going on simultaneously and at a fast pace.
