Job Description
In this role, you’ll drive and execute recruitment marketing and employer brand activities for our go-to-market teams (GTM), bringing visibility to SmartRecruiters as an employer of choice worldwide! You will play a pivotal role in delivering amazing and interested prospective candidates to help us achieve hiring success at scale.
This remote position will support our go-to-market team and you may sit anywhere in the Eastern or Central time zone.

What you’ll deliver:
- Creative recruitment marketing campaigns that support the continued growth of our GTM team with an emphasis on sales talent attraction
- Compelling stories and visuals that bring our employment brand to life
- Showcase our unique employer value proposition through earned, owned, and paid media to drive inbound leads
- Rich email marketing campaigns using our SmartCRM to keep candidates warm and engaged
- Collaboration on the reimagination of the SmartRecruiters careers site, along with long-term maintenance of content and functionality
- Execution of a defined channel strategy to generate qualified pipelines of talent for our Hiring Success (recruiting) team
- Partnership with internal teams to understand hiring needs and overall business objectives to develop progressive solutions in a constantly evolving space
- Regular reporting on KPIs to develop data-driven recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement
- Work “As One” with communications, marketing, and design colleagues to leverage creative assets and ensure adherence to brand standards across all careers properties
- Innovative recommendations to support business outcomes by staying abreast of industry trends
- Internal support to ensure all employees have the tools needed to act as ambassadors of Smartian culture
Qualifications
- Located in the eastern or central time zone with the ability to work remotely
- 3+ years of experience working in employment brand, recruitment marketing or in a recruitment advertising agency
- Direct experience generating leads through CRM and marketing automation. HR tech experience a plus
- Expertise in storytelling and content creation for digital platforms
- Experience with persona work and the candidate journey preferred
- An eye for design with experience in video, animation and graphic creation
- Ability to develop and maintain internal stakeholder relationships to achieve shared outcomes
- Past vendor and media partner management a plus
- Excellent project management skills to execute on time-sensitive assignments
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global startup environment
- Previous experience with digital media and other lead generation tactics preferred
