Job Description

We are currently looking for an IDM (Identity Management) Specialist to join our Information Security and Internal IT team. Our team’s mission is to enable application and data owners to control access to their resources. As our IDM Specialist, you are going to be responsible for implementing, enhancing, and maintaining the technology that delivers our IAM/IDM services. What you’ll deliver:

  • Administer, operate and maintain the central IAM/IDM system including interfaces and integrated processes.

  • Connect application systems and cloud services with IAM/IDM as part of integration projects.

  • Bind directory services to the IDM, design and administer comprehensive, uniform, and efficient identity and role management processes (incl. secure access, rule base, and audit trail).

  • Take part in concept workshops and actively contribute to the further development of the IAM/IDM.

  • Enhance and improve the IAM/IDM systems (change management) and keep an up-to-date operating manual.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience

  • 2 years experience working with access management systems (AWS IAM Solutions, preferably gSuite IDM)

  • Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or equivalent, optional

  • Knowledge of a scripting language (like PHP, JavaScript or C#), Okta, Oracle Identity Manager, or CyberArc and familiarity with cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP), preferred
