Job Description

The PS Services Sales Architect (SSA) is going to be a key connection between Pre-sales and Professional Services for the EMEA Region. They serve as the conduit of what is “heard” within Pre-sales discovery to what is “documented” and describes the agreement between a customer and SmartRecruiters. The goal of the SSA is to ensure well documented SOWs to ensure clarity from the point of PS engagement to go live. In the end, the SSA will accurately represent success for the SR implementation journey. 

 

The PS Services Sales Architect is responsible for supporting scoping, SOW creation and negotiation beyond the initial scoping template including:

  • Validating scope with SA and customer

  • Working with integration team to appropriately scope custom integration

  • Ensure inclusion of all required integrations for product scope

  • Creating realistic timelines for customer (as required)

  • Creating Services quote and SOW

  • Negotiating SOW with customer

  • Initiating & supporting the account team handoffs post-sale

Qualifications

  • A B.A/B.S or equivalent experience

  • A minimum 2 years of business process or professional services consulting experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of  solution implementation experience

  • A minimum of 2 years writing SOWs or contracts

  • Experience in a consulting environment (functional & technical)

  • Proven experience with large enterprise SaaS implementations

  • The ability to creatively document needs of a customer as well as protect SmartRecruiters
