Job Description

We’re looking for a global Head of Sales Development responsible for all aspects of our SDR function across the US, Europe, and Australia. You will lead and continue to build the organization responsible for creating a high-quality sales pipeline, working inbound sales leads, and relentlessly pursuing outbound opportunities. The right candidate will be data-driven, understand the top of the funnel and pipeline dynamics, be focused on serving customers and internal stakeholders, excel at building and managing a team, and be dedicated to operational efficiency.

What you’ll deliver:

  • Work closely with our Operations function and Demand leadership to develop the strategy that scales and aligns with business growth objectives

  • Build a world-class team by recruiting, developing, and inspiring a diverse organization

  • Plan, forecast, and understand ramp adjusted HC capacity to ensure the team is grown effectively in tandem with the needs of our sales organization

  • Continually identify, train and implement new practices that improve the team's performance while maintaining consistency with our culture and team values

  • Work with Operations and Exec Leadership on quarterly quotas and compensation plans and incentives

  • Define and implement performance metrics by which SDRs will be measured 

  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the product and value SmartRecruiters Talent Acquisition Suite brings to market

Qualifications

  • 7 plus  years of sales leadership experience 

  • Sales Development and Inside Sales preferred

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional roles, fostering a high performing sales culture across the organization 

  • Strong personal drive, a self-starter that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced  working environment with the ability to take guidance and run with the agenda 

  • Well organized with the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives concurrently and deliver quality in a timely manner 

  • Proven track record of being an inspiring leader with an inclusive approach who has built followership at all levels across an organization including their peer group and direct report teams 

  • Must have the desire and demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
