We are currently looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our EMEA Sales Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling up our EMEA Business Development Representative function - hiring, developing, training, mentoring, coaching, and motivating high-performing professionals all while ensuring that we continue to hit our pipeline generation targets quarter over quarter.
What you’ll deliver:
Manage a growing, diverse and high performing team of Sales Development Representatives (inbound qualification)
Manage a growing, diverse and high performing team of Account Development Representatives (outbound efforts)
Coordinate and manage weekly and monthly one-on-one and team-wide pipeline reviews, meetings, and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best practice sharing
Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines and forecasts to ensure above-quota results
Responsible for hiring, on-boarding and developing new SDR team members in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment
Provide monthly updates to the EMEA extended leadership team outlining the team’s performance, key learnings, and forward looking action items.
5 plus years prior team leadership experience leading a highly functional team with aggressive targets
Prior management experience working with entry level employees starting their career anxious for career development and progression
Comfortable delivering executive level briefs
Motivated by targets and fast paced environments
