Job Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our EMEA Sales Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling up our EMEA Business Development Representative function - hiring, developing, training, mentoring, coaching, and motivating high-performing professionals all while ensuring that we continue to hit our pipeline generation targets quarter over quarter. 

What you’ll deliver:

  • Manage a growing, diverse and high performing team of Sales Development Representatives (inbound qualification)

  • Manage a growing, diverse and high performing team of Account Development Representatives (outbound efforts)

  • Coordinate and manage weekly and monthly one-on-one and team-wide pipeline reviews, meetings, and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best practice sharing 

  • Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines and forecasts to ensure above-quota results 

  • Responsible for hiring, on-boarding and developing new SDR team members in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment

  • Provide monthly updates to the EMEA extended leadership team outlining the team’s performance, key learnings, and forward looking action items.

Qualifications

  • 5 plus years prior team leadership experience leading a highly functional team with aggressive targets 

  • Prior management experience working with entry level employees starting their career anxious for career development and progression 

  • Comfortable delivering executive level briefs 

  • Motivated by targets and fast paced environments

  • Ready to roll up their sleeves - we hire people who are ready to hustle, work with everyone, and get the job done

  • Are intrinsically motivated by seeing others success more so than oneself
