Job Description

Our CEO is looking for an experienced leader with strong customer, business operations, strategy, technical, analytical, and program management experience to work alongside him to drive key global company initiatives. This role will engage consistently with several key areas of the business including Sales, Operations, Customer Success/Services, HR, Finance, Product, and Technology.

What you will deliver: 

As the Chief of Staff, you will be the right-hand person of the CEO and your main missions will be to: 

  • Improve efficiency of the management team

  • Streamline organizational processes that cause challenges in the business

  • Prioritize areas for investment 

  • Assist key leaders in achieving alignment and focus

  • Communicate consistently and frequently, building trust across the organization

Coordination of key meetings and follow-up: 

  • Organize and run the company's management cadence including leadership team meetings, monthly deep dives, staff meetings, off-sites, etc.

  • Serve as representative for the CEO in meetings and forums as appropriate

Business and Planning Coordination

  • Run the annual and quarterly objectives and key results (OKR) planning process

  • Responsible for setting and tracking team progress against OKRs

  • Run the CEO metrics pack and insights, a comprehensive reporting infrastructure to inform all functions and projects 

  • Report on key issues related to budget and metrics, including annual planning process and executive/stakeholder participation

  • Align and coordinate relevant board level conversations, activities, and content

  • Support organizational design conversations with the CEO and key leaders, including headcount planning in support of strategic priorities

Internal Facilitation

  • Establish and own critical communication strategy within the larger organization, including external customers and stakeholders

  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and across senior leaders to align business objectives and ensure teams are working effectively together

Qualifications

  • 10 plus years of relevant business experience - Strategy/Product/Marketing/ preferred
  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience managing employee and executive communications needs of a large organization

  • Deep experience and expertise in an SaaS environment

  • Ability to learn quickly on a fast-paced team including highly technical areas

  • Team-player with an ability to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously, professionally, and empathetically

  • Detail-oriented with a love for creating order out of chaos

  • Intellectual curiosity paired with a high growth-mindset

  • Strong influencing skills, with a reputation for getting things done effectively

  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to see the big picture and outline key outcomes visually and in writing

  • Energy, focus, and drive to manage multiple high profile projects effectively and simultaneously
