Job Description

The Senior Vice President, Large Enterprise, is a new position in our rapidly growing organization. In this role, this executive will manage a large team of Area Vice Presidents, Regional Vice Presidents, Account Executives, and Account Managers as we continue to expand our footprint across North America. The SVP will ultimately be responsible for scaling our sales execution across organizations that have 10,000 to 50,000 employees.

What you’ll deliver:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive and scalable customer acquisition strategy that is targeted towards Enterprise sized organizations that have 10,000 + employees and are complex in nature

  • Lead and scale a diverse, high performing team that embodies SmartRecruiters core values while consistently meeting and exceeding goals.

  • Effectively manage multiple RVPs and drives consistency and best practices across the various levels of our Large Enterprise sales team in North America.

  • Understand the importance of customer relationships and develops strategies for expanding the company's install base with incremental add on products

  • In-depth knowledge of the market and what it takes to effectively sell into large organizations with expansive deal cycles 

  • Develop, train, educate, and motivate each and every team member to be more confident and comfortable selling our solutions and helping TA functions realize their goals 

  • Efficiently plan and provide  detailed and accurate sales forecasting to the CRO and Operational Leadership team

  • Recognized as a thought leader with the ability to significantly influence at all levels within the organization.

Qualifications

  • 15 plus years in software and/or applications sales (ideally in an HR / TA environment, but not limited to), selling primarily to the C-level

  • 10 plus years of  leadership experience overseeing enterprise sales teams in the US

  • Solid track record of recruiting, developing and retaining a high performing, diverse enterprise sales organization

  • Proven ability to maximize growth and new account acquisitions

  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals

  • Expertise working with enterprise-level accounts

  • Demonstrated record of building satisfied, loyal and referenceable customers

  • A background working within a highly matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions

  • Excellent operational and analytical abilities

  • Strategic enterprise sales experience and revenue achievement selling multiple enterprise software offerings

  • Experience selling cloud-based enterprise applications is preferred
