Job Description

Customers are looking to transform their recruiting and HR operations processes, and we can show them their future through the value SmartRecruiters will give them. If you love working with technology, prospects, and clients, then we want to talk to you! 

You will:

  • Manage US + APAC  based solutions consultants, solutions architects, and proposal managers in all commercial and enterprise opportunities across the NAMER (North America + APAC) region.
  • Hire, onboard and enable world-class solutions consultants toward aligned  annual sales targets and objectives.
  • Be a key partner to all functional leaders as the insights gained from your team in the  field will help inform various motions across delivery, product management, and success.
  • Possess exceptional knowledge of enterprise CRM or ATS systems and the SAAS ecosystem, display outstanding presentation skills and have strong team values. 
  • Be pulled into demos, discussions and various use-case scenarios, assisting reps and team members on various types of technical and implementation conversations as the executive sponsor.
  • Understand the product in every aspect, and are capable of communicating the business value of those details to potential prospects and existing clients.

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with local sales leaders by enabling the technical sales process within your team including discovery, demonstrations, pilot management, training, due diligence, and security discussions
  • Join technically-oriented calls and conversations with prospects and clients as a subject matter expert and executive sponsor.
  • Collect and manage product and engineering requests from the Sales Team.
  • Document pre-sales findings and solutions discussed to be reviewed with implementation services to ensure an amazing customer experience.
  • Work with other global leaders to define clear handoff and knowledge transfer processes.
  • Assist with and advise on integration implementations when needed.
  • Spearhead RFP and Security Questionnaire completion via local RFP/Proposal Management team.
  • Prioritize opportunities while applying appropriate resources

Note: This opportunity will target strategic enterprise customers in North America. Since this role is primarily focused on US accounts, candidates should be based in the United States and open to working remotely. 

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of solution consulting/sales engineering experience, ideally with a SaaS Enterprise solution
  • 4-year degree (technical degree preferred) or equivalent work experience 
  • Consistent over-achievement in past experiences
  • Driven, adaptable and great communication skills
  • Technically adept, experienced with HCM technologies preferred
