Job Description

The SmartRecruiters Commercial Account Manager is responsible for the commercial growth and success of our Mid Market/Commercial client base. You are experienced in customer-facing roles, renewal & revenue generation, analyzing customer accounts, identifying churn signals, account growth opportunities; presenting and selling to across C-suite level decision makers; identifying commercial opportunities, and providing value-based solutions building relationships, and collaborating closely with team members across all SmartRecruiters departments. 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • You are a passionate, enthusiastic, and successful account manager

  • You are responsible for the client post-sale and will be focused on retention & expansion (all financial conversations including renewal)

  • You will use your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate & maintain long-standing relationships with your clients & executive sponsors 

  • You will employ effective selling strategies to successfully position SmartRecruiters' add-on products as the only option to achieve Hiring Success

  • You are high EQ and a feel for Customer Empathy 

Qualifications

You are a person who is highly coachable and always fired up to not only make top dollar but do so while being a key driver at a company that is on its way to change an industry.

Your Toolbox Includes:

  • Highly successful sales & account management experience in Recruiting and/or HR/HCM Applications

  • Minimum of 2 years enterprise/cloud software sales experience, successfully selling high-level corporate software/technology solutions at the executive level

  • Must be comfortable demonstrating software and speaking to all levels

  • Ability to successfully work from a home office environment

  • Last, but by no means least - an outstanding work ethic, high integrity, team player attitude
