As the Head of Global Pre-Sales Consulting, you will sit at the center of our client’s success and propel pre-sales strategy forward. You should enjoy building and scaling global client-facing teams, designing, iterating and optimizing processes, and pushing boundaries to deliver a best-in-class pre-sales strategy.

This global opportunity will lead and support teams across all segments and regions, primarily based in North America and EMEA. We are a remote-friendly company, meaning you can be based anywhere within those markets and should be open to working remotely and across time zones. 

What you’ll achieve: 

  • Lead a global team of solutions consultants, sales engineers, solutions architects, and proposal managers in all commercial and enterprise opportunities across all regions (NAMER, EMEA, APAC). 

  • Hire, onboard, and continuously develop world-class team members to achieve annual sales targets and objectives.

  • Be a pivotal partner to executive and functional leaders. The insights gained from you and your teams will inform and influence motions across delivery, product management, and success.

  • Translate your exceptional knowledge and presentation of enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), and the SaaS ecosystem to set the bar for pre-sales consulting and delivery for your teams and the organization.

  • Be seen as a domain expert who can be leveraged as an executive sponsor by reps and regional leaders in up-market demos, technical and implementation conversations, discussions, and various use-case scenarios. 

  • Intimately know and understand SmartRecruiters’ solution and be capable of communicating the business value of those details to train and coach your teams for use with potential prospects and existing clients as a deal or relationship sponsor.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of leadership within consulting/sales engineering, ideally with a SaaS Enterprise solution.

  • Proven track record of scaling teams globally

  • 4-year degree (technical degree preferred) or equivalent work experience 

  • Consistent over-achievement in past experiences

  • Driven, adaptable, and great communication skills across all levels

  • Technically adept, experienced with Human Capital Management (HCM) technologies preferred
