Our people team is growing and we are looking for our HR Insights & Programs Intern. You will contribute to the following :
- Creation of new dashboards on several People-related topics (engagement, performance, hiring metrics...)
- Help creating a compensation management strategy globally
- Implementation and monitoring of HR tools (Core HR, performance and engagement, wellness)
- Maintain and optimize existing programs by looking at our available data sets and provide recommendations that are data-driven

- You shouldn't be afraid of tools : we love systems, and love to make sure they offer the best possible employee experience
- You also shouldn't be afraid of analytics : we use Google Sheets, Tableau, and anything in between that can help us make decisions
- You definitely shouldn't be afraid to speak English : we're a San Francisco-headquartered start-up hence we mostly work in English!
