We are now looking for an outstanding Product Manager to help us build and grow our amazing product! In this role, you will own the product roadmap from conception to implementation and beyond. We believe in continuous improvement of features we have shipped, as well as rigorous measurement of their impact on our users.

Your ability to research, be creative, display grit, lead, and listen will determine the future of the product. This is an interdisciplinary role, and you will work with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing to deliver a world-class product. You will launch new products that support our mission of connecting people to jobs at scale.

You’ll join a supportive, diverse group of talented Product Managers, Designers and Engineers in Berlin, San Francisco and Krakow. We are looking for someone who will love recruiting technology innovation as much as we do!

Dans ce role, vous aurez en charge la feuille de route d'un produit, de la conception à l'implémentation et au-dela. Nous croyons dans l'amélioration continue de nos fonctionnalités qui ont déjà été livrées, ainsi qu'à la mesure de leur impact auprès de nos utilisateurs. 

Votre capacité à rechercher, être créatif, gérer, et écouter va déterminer le futur du produit. Ce role est interdisciplinaire, et vous travaillerez avec les équipes Design, Ingenierie, Data Science, et Marketing Produit, pour délivrer un produit de classe internationale. Vous lancerez de nouveaux produits qui contribuent à notre mission d'entreprise.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe supportive, composée d'un groupe de talentueux Product Manager, Designers, et Ingénieurs basés á Berlin, San Francisco, Krakow, et à domicile. Nous sommes à la recherche de quelqu'un qui aimera l'innovation des technologies de recrutement autant que nous l'aimons!

• Ability to make things happen
• Ability to turn complexity and uncertainty into awesomeness
• Self-starter with with an appetite and ability to own a large part of the product
• Experience designing products that optimize web and mobile visit conversion
• Product management experience at a SaaS or B2C start-up
• Experience working with job boards (both mainstream & niche)
• Good grasp of UX
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Fluent in English
