Reporting to the CTO/CPO, you will create the world's best Talent Acquisition platform, combining consumer class UX with enterprise grade configurability. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive product vision and develop and manage product roadmaps that both unites the market, and ensures company success
• Manage a team of talented product managers who are responsible for multiple product areas. Act like a mentor and coach to the team to ensure continuous growth and improvement
• Maintain deep understanding of competitive offerings and market requirements
• Develop processes and methodologies for efficient definition, development, and client readiness of products
• Manage internal stakeholders and drive internal product evangelism
• Interact directly with customers and prospects to support the go to market teams on marquee accounts

• Be a driver of true product culture and promote continuous innovation in collaboration with the Engineering and the broader leadership team

To succeed in this role, you likely have 10+ years experience in product management in a SaaS company. Ideally you possess the combination of a strong technology background with an understanding of the economics and dynamics of the recruitment market.

You will also need: 

• Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative products
• Proven track record of exceptional messaging and positioning 
• Exceptional team leadership skills
