This role is a great opportunity for a ‘high-energy’ lead generation professional. At SmartRecruiters, the Business Development Representative works closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive demand for our market-leading cloud based Talent Acquisition Platform. We're looking for someone with strong organisational capabilities and diligent follow up skills, who can work closely with our French sales team and set meetings within our target market accounts. We will in turn provide you with the necessary training, ongoing support, leading edge tools and a winning environment to grow your sales career!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Uncover and approach prospects to generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
Conduct engaging high-level conversations with senior Recruitment and HR professionals in prospect accounts (Head of Recruitment, Director of Talent Acquisition, HR Director).
Help create and prioritise target account lists within the European territory
Handle and qualify inbound leads and assign based on territory allocation
Build up prospect sector knowledge through internet based research
Complete our whitespace information on new and existing accounts (e.g. adding contacts, emails, headcount, current technology used etc.)
Achieve monthly quotas of qualified meetings/opportunities and closed business
Native French and Fluent English are required for you to succeed in this opportunity
Previous sales prospecting experience with a passion to be successful in hunting down you own leads
Excellent written/verbal communication skills to engage with target audience
Highly motivated, driven and ‘self-starting’ individual
Ability to understand customer issues and challenges and match those to our solution
Excellent time management/organisational skills
Mac experience preferred (no PCs here at SmartRecruiters!)
Experience with using LinkedIn Sales Navigator in a prospecting role
Passion for social selling: LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
Sector experience of recruitment market/HR/HCM solutions a real plus
Salesforce.com (CRM) and/or Outreach (Marketing automation) abilities a plus
