Job Description

As our Implementation Consultant, you will play an important role within our Professional Services team. You will be the main point of contact for our customers who are integrating to SmartRecruiters for the first time. Your passionate, empathetic, can-do attitude will help to successfully onboard, educate and configure our new customer accounts.

You Will…

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their organization, hiring needs, and challenges
  • Possess expert knowledge on best practice usage of SmartRecruiters and understand what drives successful hiring for customers
  • Build relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to key customers
  • Lead custom and recurring training sessions for customer user groups
  • Work cross-functionally with the Hiring Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure a successful implementation, engagement, usage, and customer experience
  • Manage relationships with customers to successfully migrate their data to SmartRecruiters while ensuring smooth systems integrations
  • Lead  demos, discussions, and use-case scenarios and assist sales reps with various types of technical and implementation conversations

Qualifications

  • Experience managing complex implementations and multiple simultaneous projects, including multiple workstreams (i.e. data migration, technical integrations, custom development)
  • Comfortable with technology, willingness to learn the details of our product, and understands API functionality
  • Track record of managing time appropriately, prioritizing and being very organized
  • Energized by working with and advising customers

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of HR, or HCM/ATS software
  • Experience working at a SaaS company
