This opportunity allows you to work with our largest enterprise customers. Many of them are looking to disrupt their recruiting and HR processes, and our technical services team helps make that a reality. As an Technical Consultant you will be responsible for leading technical component of implementation projects, designing integrations to other HR systems, and identifying opportunities to refine technical processes. It is a rewarding role that allows you to redefine how teams make hires across their entire organization.
Partner with clients to plan, coordinate and deliver integrations between SmartRecruiters and third party vendors. This includes leading integrations through all stages of the software-development-life-cycle.
Regularly meet with SmartRecruiters project team and client to deliver weekly status updates, resolve project issues and design scalable solutions.
Track and bill hours associated with client work while maintaining high utilization.
Use Jitterbit middleware platform to review integrations that meet agreed scope and enhance end user experience.
Lead UAT with client’s to validate test scripts and receive sign off for successful go-lives. This includes frequent meetings to accommodate for issues and changes in design that come with completing UAT.
Collaborate with SmartRecruiters’ engineers to ensure product releases are available in our API and properly tested.
Provide external go-live support and train internal support team on integration design. This includes conducting project hand-offs, creating system flow documentation and supporting teams to understand client use cases.
- Partner with sales to explain integration capabilities, validate RFPs and solve for any unique cases that might come through our pipeline.
- You have been successful in a enterprise software integrations, business systems analysis, or business systems consulting role.
You have experience consulting onsite and remotely for HRIS and ATS SaaS solutions. Experience using middleware platforms is highly desirable. Jitterbit experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects and communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
Startup and product development environment experience and launching a complex enterprise software product.
- Ability to conduct oneself with professionalism in all situations, including in high pressure scenarios.
