We are now looking for an outstanding lead product manager to take our core products to the next level. You will work on our signature applicant tracking system product, focusing on global configurability and permissions, as well as collaboration features. In this role, you will own one of our most important product roadmaps from conception to implementation and beyond. We believe in continuous improvement of features we have shipped, as well as rigorous measurement of their impact on our users.

The ideal candidate is a senior/director level product manager with a deep understanding of recruiting technology challenges and opportunities, opinions on how to shape the future of recruiting, and deep empathy for our users and buyers.

Your ability to research, be creative, display grit, lead, and listen will determine the future of the product. This is an interdisciplinary role, and you will work with design, engineering, data science, and product marketing to deliver a world-class product. You will launch new products that support our mission of connecting people to jobs at scale. Lastly, you will mentor and manage junior product managers who will work with you in the same product group.
