Job Description

This is an opportunity to join an authentic, smart, hardworking team that excels and wins together. EMEA has been a strong growth region for us with customers like Bosch, Ikea, CERN, and many others. We currently have offices in London, Paris, and Berlin, and we pride ourselves on a strong understanding of the European market and close partnerships with regional sales leaders. 

This position will be our first marketing hire in the region, so you need to be a self-starter with a broad skill set and a strong results mentality. 

In this role, you will:

  • Drive awareness and pipeline by leveraging global assets, campaigns and themes to drive local campaigns.
  • Localize assets as needed.
  • Drive awareness and pipeline by arranging webinars and other online events.
  • Accelerate pipeline and deals by driving regional roadshows.
  • Extend our marketing reach by working with regional influencers and partners on marketing, PR and demand generation.
  • Partner with regional sales leadership on targeted ABM campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of marketing experience.
  • 4+ years experience in HRTech or recruitment industries in EMEA.
  • Successful track record of localizing marketing content. Able to share samples.
  • Successful track record of executing all parts of regional roadshows.
  • Fluent in English and German or French
  • Willing and able to partially accommodate California-based HQ hours.
  • Ideally connected to the European talent acquisition community.
  • Attention to detail, organized, good project management (able to hit deadlines)
  • You are a self-starter and a solid team player who owns his or her success metrics
  • Must have a strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects.
