As a part of this role, you will…

  • Maintain a complete, accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline and forecast in SFDC

  • Develop multi-channel presentation skills to present in person and via the web

  • Work closely with our SDR team to convert qualified opportunities into premium SmartRecruiters accounts.



  • Min 3 years experience selling software - SaaS (HR/ATS/HCM preferred)

  • Results-driven, highly intelligent, and motivated to be the very best

  • Obvious passion and people skills to develop strong relationships internally and externally

  • Disciplined sales process and proven track record of success selling to Enterprise accounts
