We're looking for a results-driven, highly intelligent, highly motivated Sales Rep to own a disciplined sales process in order to drive sales transactions.  Our Sales Rep's focus is to work closely with our SDR team to convert qualified opportunities into premium SmartRecruiters accounts. 

As part of this role you will:

• Conduct informative product demos to close inbound leads for our premium plans in the Mid-Market segment (companies with <1000 employees)
• Maintain a complete, accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce
• Develop  multi-channel presentation skills to present in person and via the web

We are looking for someone with high energy, persistence, competent at objection handling, with a passion for solving problems for our customers.   

• Degree calibre
• Experience selling cloud software ideally in HR/HCM space
• At least 3 years experience in an inside sales capacity
