Nous sommes a la recherche de notre futur Charge de Clientele / Customer Support Representative, pour rejoindre une equipe qui redefinit une nouvelle facon de recruter! C'est une opportunite de rejoindre une societe en forte croissance en passe de changer une industrie toute entiere!

Vos missions principales seront:

- d'interagir chaque jour avec nos clients en repondant a leurs questions, resolvant leurs problemes, en leur apprenant a utiliser notre interface et les aidant a reussir.

- de fournir un service client d'exception pour nos clients a travers le monde

- d'eduquer et de conseiller nos clients sur nos pratiques, conseils, et solutions pour utiliser SmartRecruiters

- de maintenir un haut niveau de satisfcation client

- d'identifier, de tester, et de signaler d'eventuels problemes techniques

- de collaborer etroitement avec tous les departements, comme les equipes Produit ou ingenierie par exemple. 

- de s'engager dans divers projects dans les domaines du service client et des services

- d'etre un ambassadeur de SmartRecruiters et de sa culture, en interne ainsi qu'aupres de nos clients

Qualifications

  • Une maitrise de l'anglais et du francais sont indispensables pour mener a bien votre mission!
  • Capacite d'interagir et de communiquer de facon professionnelle avec divers types de clients
  • Une experience reussie en tant que charge de cliente, idealement pour des multinationales dans un environemment SaaS
  • Une capacite de prise d'initiative, de gestion des situations complexes et de negociations.
  • Une experience en call center est un plus
