Job Description

We look at our sales people like elite athletes:

  • Comp - because we hire the best we pay them well
  • Motivation - while they're highly motivated we make sure we have a motivating, high performance culture to keep them on track
  • Training - while they're the very best in the industry, even Michael Jordan took 1,000 free throws a day, so we make sure they're trained and given the tools for optimal performance.  

We're looking for an elite sales athlete - a results-driven, highly intelligent, highly motivated Sales Rep to own a disciplined sales process in order to drive sales transactions.  Our Sales Rep's focus is to work closely with our SDR team to convert qualified opportunities into premium SmartRecruiters accounts. 

 

As part of this role you will:

  • Conduct informative product demos to close inbound leads for our premium plans in the Mid-Market segment (companies with <1000 employees)
  • Maintain a complete, accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline and forecast
  • Develop  multi-channel presentation skills to present in person and via the web

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the hunger to make money, high energy, a relentless prey drive, a craving for objection handling, and a passion for solving problems for customers.  Most importantly, you hate losing and love making money.  

  • Minimum bachelors degree required
  • Experience selling software or SaaS
  • At least 3-5 years experience in an inside sales capacity, preferably for a venture backed start-up
