Job Description

This position supports end-user technology ecosystems including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, desk phones, and related hardware/software.

  • Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and resolving incidents or service requests via in-person, phone, or remote access.
  • The role ensures timely resolution of technical issues, coordinates with IT teams and service providers, and supports hardware deployments and imaging.
  • Strong customer interaction and adherence to SLAs and standard procedures are essential.

Qualifications

The client is looking for someone with SCCM and ServiceNow experience
