Job Description

Our client provides landscaping and custom garden design incorporating high end products to transform outdoor spaces reflecting wellbeing and lifestyle.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced candidate with previous CS Manager/Team Lead experience and strong Business Relationship skills.

Our Client requires that you MUST be a Native English Speaker 

Customer Service and Client Relations

  • Manage day-to-day operations in the customer service department a
  • Deliver effective escalation processes and client complaint resolution.
  • Maintain effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Maintain efficient customer service response systems including dialog scripts for the phone and email templates for faster and more efficient response times.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, including growing online review presence and customer feedback (Google, Facebook)
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all CS activities and discussions, from lead status throughout the lifecycle of the client relationship
  • Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports based on data
  • Interview, review, shortlist and train new customer service agents
  • Manage increases in incoming call volumes & emails (due to incidents/bad weather/market conditions/promotions) and emails ensuring continuity of process at peak periods of activity
  • Nurturing sales leads, building sustainable relationships 
  • Improve customer service experience,
  • Create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth by way of recommendations and reviews

Technical Relationships

  • Build a strong relationship with the Technical Manager a
  • Drive for a more positive experience for the customer. 
  • Consult the Technical Manager to understand the complexities of tasks to better relate to projects and manage client expectations 
  • Create a cohesive bond between the technical team and CS 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a customer service position

Additional Information

You will currently be in the UAE preferably with a spouse visa or  with a transferable visa and be available for interview.

You will have no restrictions to work and live in the UAE.
