About the team

About the role

As a member of our People Operations team, you will be responsible for managing & administrating company payroll services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in payroll activities.

What you will do

  • Leading end to end payroll, reporting and compliance. Beyond everything, using your experience and knowledge of Indian Payroll, Labour Laws and statutory regulations like PF, ESI and TDS in order to ensure the work flow is smooth
  • Automating payroll reporting & reconciliations. Coordinating with external vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure that payroll analysis and reconciliations are achieved on time
  • Proactively analyzing the gaps in the compliance and ensuring that these gaps are bridged to the fullest with the help of an external vendor
  • Facilitate Audit related queries and follow-up on observations and closure

Qualifications

What you will need

  • Bachelors or Masters degree with specialization in HR field
  • 2-4 years of experience as an HR Payroll and Compliance
  • Exceptional technical understanding of payroll and compliances PAN India is a must
  • Working on tools - Microsoft office (Excel, docs), Google sheets and docs
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
