Job Description
Minimum one year of experience as a caller
Minimum one year of experience as a Quality Analyst
Required to have strong knowledge on -
Call calibration
Quality parameters
ZTP (zero tolerance policy) and red alert
Preparing reports (Daily, weekly & monthly)
One to one feed back
Desirable knowledge on -
Steps while auditing calls
Root call analysis
First call resolution - FCR
Sandwich feedback
Floor briefing and call play session
Sharing observations
Minimum 4 languages need to be known
Qualifications
Candidates opting for this role in Operations requires at least a bachelor’s degree in any field.
