About the team:

What you will do:

• Lead a high-performance engineering team to develop the next-generation financial platform & application in payments.
• Collaborate with the product and business team to understand the requirements, and build product execution and delivery roadmap.
• Champion best design, development, and code quality practices in the engineering team.
• Hire a quality team to deliver a world-class product.
• Set up and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
• Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing team.

What you will need:

• 6+ years of experience in software development & a good understanding of modern programming languages and cloud environments.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing, & building high-performance teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-performance and scalable platforms in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
