• Lead a high performance engineering team to develop the next generation financial platform & application in payments.
• Take end to end ownership of a Quality Engineering team, including development of test frameworks and automation.
• Manage a team of SDETs that are responsible for building and maintaining tools for testing of our product.
• Collaborate with the product and business team to understand the requirements, and build product execution and delivery roadmap
• Champion best design, development and code quality practices in the engineering team
• Hire a quality team to deliver a world class product.
• Setup and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team
• Reduce time to market, while gradually building a robust and reliable quality gate for all our products.
• Analyse current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve testing procedures
• Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team
• Document technical issues and solutions as well as prepare file defect reports and report test progress
• Author, Review and Execute test cases for the User stories

• 8+ years of overall experience and 2+ Years of experience in leading a team in a fast-growing company and Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies and Test design
• Hands-on experience with functional, Integration, Performance and non-functional testing, test planning, test designing for complex distributed systems
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with strong attention to detail
• Hands-on experience of mobile app automation tools like Appium, Robotium, WebdriverIO etc
• Ability to think strategically and implement with excellence
• Hands-on in a programming language like Javascript and/or Python.
• A growth mindset and passion about building things from the ground up, and most importantly, you should be fun to work with
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, test management tools like JIRA, testlink, zephyr etc.
