Job Description

As Director Partnerships, he/she will work on developing the liability end of our business by facilitating co-lending partnerships between investors and slice's NBFC arm. The individual will be responsible for the complete end to end process of co-lending partnership, starting from identifying new investors (banks - international and domestic and NBFCs) for stitching co-lending partnerships, managing existing relationships, managing all operating aspects involved in the entire process to make a partner go-live on the partnership and scaling that partnership further. This process would entail engaging with various internal/external stakeholders. The individual would have a team of 7-8 people reporting to him.

 

  • Identifying opportunities and shaping slice’s strategy to broaden the institutional funding supply for Partnerships from various critical market participants 
  • Managing relationships with slice’s existing partners 
  • On-boarding new partnerships and handling the process end-to-end from initial reach-out to internal & external coordination and to finally go-live within the agreed timeline
  • Formulating, negotiating, and implementing structures consistent with product, scale, and market trends 
  • Ensuring consistent, cost-effective, and scaled capital flow from all the partners 
  • Working closely with internal teams - Product, Finance, and Legal among others, for all requirements 
  • Have the ability to lead a team of relationship managers and operations personnel
  •  Establishing strong relationships with the partners and problem solving, including at an operational level.
  • Communicate, engage, and interact with the Board of Directors and Leadership Team 
  • Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion

 

Qualifications

❖ 10-12 years of work experience, preferably in Fin-tech, for debt raising through International Lenders/ Banks
❖ Strong knowledge of structured off-balance sheet financing and partnership
❖ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
❖ Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to synthesize information and create clear and coherent presentations
❖ Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail
