About the team
“Mo’ money, Mo’ problems” - well, not really. In fact, “Mo’ money, mo’ calculations” and “Mo’ calculations, Mo’ geniuses”. If you feel a rage coming in whenever someone uses a calculator - we’re looking for your kin. Needless to say, the Finance team makes sure everything money runs smooth and butter.
About the role

What You will do
Work with CFO to drive the org-wide goal setting and planning process, developing a growth road map.
Assist CFO in institutionalizing people management and org structure, and contributing to shaping strategies across the teams.
Analyze and determine key insights from key business drivers, competitive environment, trends, and operating metrics.
Contribute to complex and time-critical projects by quickly understanding the context and developing a prioritized approach for resolution.
Coordinate with different functions within the organization - growth, risks, engineering among others in the deployment of the business initiatives identified.
Ideate, plan, and oversee the implementation of new ideas and business-critical projects.
Be a culture carrier for the team.
Qualifications
Graduation/PG from tier-1 - IIT/IIM.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in top consulting, investment banking, private equity firms (a must).
High organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, combined with sound business judgment.
Demonstrated track record of effective collaboration with technical, business, and sales teams.
Team player spirit, with the ability to contribute positively to team culture and morale.
