Responsibilities:

• Develop personal relationships with Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Engineering professionals
• Strategize with Sales Teams to develop new leads
• Maintain a positive relationship with recruits, and colleagues
• Source new candidates daily in Warehouse, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and plastic industries

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent 
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• A self-starting, work hard/play hard mentality
• Bilingual, Spanish preferred
• Ability to follow standard procedures
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
