You will join our Travel & Expenses team at SIXT, playing a key role in processing expense reports and supporting employees with their travel and expense needs across the organization. This position involves ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining high-quality standards in data processing, and providing excellent service to internal stakeholders. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You process and review employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company travel and expense policies

• You support employees and managers with T&E inquiries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and system usage

• You handle data entry and validation tasks while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail

• You assist with invoice processing and coordinate with Finance and Procurement teams for seamless workflows

• You monitor compliance issues and escalate complex cases or policy violations to your supervisor when necessary

• YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have background in finance operations, administrative functions, or HR  environments

• Attention to detail You demonstrate accuracy in data processing with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Communication You possess excellent interpersonal skills for supporting employees and coordinating with various departments

• Systems You are comfortable working with expense management tools, and Microsoft Office applications

• Organization You maintain structured working methods with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently

• Languages You are fluent in English (mandatory) with additional language skills being a plus
