Job Description
•Support the provision of quality health services by supervising and supervising, as well as ensuring the smooth running of daily operational activities in the Front Office section so as to create quality health services for patients, visitors and patient families during the registration process at the Hospital.
•Supervise, control and ensure that all registration officers on duty have carried out their duties properly and correctly, in accordance with applicable procedures.
•Ensure that patient identity data and administrative data are entered accurately so that documentation is provided in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations.
•Ensure that payment procedures using insurance are carried out in accordance with hospital and insurance provider regulations to ensure that staff convey the correct benefits paid by insurance.
•Plan and implement employee work schedules in accordance with operational needs, implement a good communication culture, develop professional ethical practices, implement and ensure the implementation of policies, guidelines, protocols or other documents to guide the services provided to patients/visitors/workers.
•Receive and handle complaints from patients, patient families and visitors related to the services received at the Hospital to ensure patient, patient family and visitor satisfaction with the services provided.
•Provide guidance and carry out personal and professional development, including orientation regarding safety procedures and practices, as well as conducting evaluations to ensure worker competency in accordance with applicable rules, laws and regulations as well as hospital needs.
•Provide operational support and service activities for all Registration units when necessary, to ensure continuity of patient services throughout the hospital.
•Collect the required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as a responsibility to superiors or other related parties.
•Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets.
Qualifications
•Bachelor Degree from Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Office Management, or any related major
•Preferably those who have experience in the same field for Have minimum 2 years.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate appointments, and maintain an organized front office environment.
•Familiarity with front office management software, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
•Strong problem-solving skills for addressing patient concerns and operational issues.
