Job Description
- Technical Support & Customer Service
- Provide technical recommendations and solutions based on customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, testing, and customer training on proper application of Sika products.
- Support customers and technicians in resolving technical issues at site.
- Ensure timely and professional technical service to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship & Market Support
- Maintain regular contact with key customers and support business development activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback.
- Report significant field issues, new opportunities, and competitive information to the line manager.
- Team Support & Knowledge Sharing
- Coordinate and support technicians during testing, trials, and project activities.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure effective knowledge transfer to Technical and Sales teams.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth project execution.
- Reporting & Operational Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate reports, technical records, and activity documentation.
- Be accountable for assigned projects, activities, and proper use of company equipment.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and documentation.
- Compliance, Safety & Other Duties
- Comply with company regulations, legal requirements, and EHS standards.
- Follow workplace safety and occupational hygiene requirements during all site activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Building Materials
- Experience: Experience in the field of technical or QA/QC in Civil construction or similar field; graduates with good skills and can-do attitude are welcome to apply.
- Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of concrete and cement technology, familiar with construction materials testing skills.
- Skills: Good organization skills and communication skills. Is hard-working, reliable, can work under pressure.
- English: Preferred candidates with fair English communication skills.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently.
