ConnectWise is a US-based software company specializing in IT service management solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Tampa, Florida, ConnectWise serves thousands of MSPs globally with products like Manage, Automate, and BrightGauge. Their tools help IT service providers automate business processes, manage client networks, and deliver efficient technical support.

PROJECT
BrightGauge is a ConnectWise product that enables IT service providers to visualize and track key business metrics through dashboards and reports. The project focuses on enhancing automation capabilities for quality assurance across web UI, APIs, and integrations.

• Design, develop, and implement automated tests for functional, regression, smoke/sanity, UI, API, and E2E coverage
• Build scalable automation frameworks in TypeScript and Python
• Maintain automated test suites for cross-browser and localization testing
• Apply Cypress with Page Object Model (POM) and OOP principles
• Create and enhance API test automation using REST/HTTP frameworks
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to triage issues and refine test strategies
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and quality metrics reporting
• Mentor junior testers and share knowledge across the team

• 4+ years of experience in automation testing
• Strong experience in multiple test types: functional, regression, smoke/sanity, UI, integration, E2E, API, localization, cross-browser
• TypeScript: Cypress, POM design patterns, OOP fundamentals, API automation tools/frameworks
• Python: RobotFramework, SeleniumLibrary, maintainable automation code
• Cloud: AWS, REST APIs, cloud-hosted architectures
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, test management/reporting tools, Git workflows
• Upper-Intermediate English level
