Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand the advertising sales workflow, identify inefficiencies, and define automation opportunities using AI 
  • Translate business goals into clear, structured product requirements and success metrics 
  • Conduct workshops and interviews with sales, marketing, and data teams to capture pain points and prioritize features 
  • Define and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules 
  • Work with engineering and data science teams to clarify requirements, review deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals 
  • Support decision-making by transforming data insights into actionable business recommendations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or Product Owner 
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear data and functional requirements 
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar) 
  • Analytical/critical thinking, requirement management, communication, business processes etc.), practical experience with AI/LLM and prompts 
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills 
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment 
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
