We are looking for highly motivated ladies and fellows to join our Instructional Design Internship at Sigma Software.
You will get theoretical knowledge along with the intense practice which will allow you to join our L&D Team at the Individual Intern position after successful completion of the course. We will dive you deep into the project approaches, the process of work, and Company culture!

Job Description
- Analyzing learning needs: The instructional designer will work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify the learning needs of the target audience.
- Designing learning objectives: Based on the learning needs analysis, the instructional designer will develop learning objectives that outline what the learner should know or be able to do after completing the training.
- Developing instructional materials: The instructional designer will design and develop instructional materials, such as course content, assessments, and multimedia resources, that align with the learning objectives.
- Selecting instructional toolbox: The instructional designer will select appropriate instructional strategies & toolbox, based on the learning objectives and the target audience.
- Evaluating learning outcomes: The instructional designer will evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and materials by measuring learning outcomes and making necessary adjustments based on feedback.
Qualifications
- English Upper-Intermediate level and higher (critical)
- Learning on the fly
- Drive for result
- Analytical thinking
- Communication skills
Will be an advantage:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS will be advantage
- Graphic design tools (Figma, Illustrator, etc.) will be an advantage
