Job Description

Introducing UP/LIFT - the internship program by The Upside, a Sia company. We are a leading innovation and strategy consultancy, seeking a curious and creative intern to join our team for 3 months.

Our work spans brand, marketing, and innovation, all underpinned by data and AI. We work with some of the most exciting global brands, including Google, Adidas, Netflix, YouTube, and Heineken.

We’re looking for a recent grad or an early career professional who is curious about the world of brands, culture, and AI. There is no ‘perfect’ resume for this role. You might be someone who’s fascinated by the complexities of human behaviour, someone with a great understanding of internet culture and social media, or someone excited by the idea that brands can be a force for good in the world. You’re naturally excited by AI - you have been perfecting your prompts and you have already started vibe-coding your own tools or even building your own agents. You’ve got a great ‘can-do’ attitude and a desire to learn from everyone you meet, eager to get stuck in and lend a hand.

We welcome applications from people with non-traditional backgrounds - with or without a university degree.

If this sounds like it could be you, apply with a CV and a response to one of our questions, found below.  .
