Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, AI Delivery Lead in the Bay Area to help organizations operationalize AI, automation, and agent-based workflows at scale.
In this role, you will lead complex AI-enabled transformation initiatives across business and technology teams, helping clients move from experimentation to measurable business impact. You will operate at the intersection of AI transformation, enterprise operations, program delivery, and business strategy — driving execution across multiple initiatives while helping organizations adopt scalable AI-enabled ways of working.
This role requires someone who combines strong consulting and transformation leadership with hands-on experience identifying, designing, building, and operationalizing AI-enabled solutions within enterprise environments. We are looking for leaders who have personally worked through the realities of AI adoption — partnering directly with business teams to redesign workflows, implement AI-enabled processes, validate outcomes, and drive measurable operational change. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, influencing executive stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams through large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
Unlike traditional delivery-focused roles, Senior Managers are also expected to contribute to client growth, executive advisory, practice development, and mentoring consulting teams while helping shape Sia’s growing AI transformation practice.
What You’ll Do
Lead Hands-On AI Transformation & Delivery
- Lead large-scale AI transformation initiatives from strategy through execution, adoption, and operational integration.
- Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple AI, automation, and technology transformation initiatives, ensuring consistent intake, prioritization, execution, governance, and measurement aligned to organizational goals.
- Work directly with business leaders and operational teams to map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and uncover high-impact AI opportunities tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into practical AI use cases, operational workflows, prototypes, pilots, and scalable enterprise solutions.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, data, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to design, build, test, and operationalize AI-enabled solutions.
- Navigate ambiguity and solve complex delivery challenges in fast-paced enterprise and consulting environments.
- Lead multiple simultaneous client engagements while balancing speed, quality, stakeholder expectations, operational governance, and business priorities.
Build & Operationalize AI-Enabled Solutions
- Lead implementation of AI-powered workflows, copilots, automation initiatives, and agentic systems across enterprise functions.
- Help organizations move AI initiatives from experimentation and isolated pilots into scalable day-to-day operational adoption.
- Help structure governance models, delivery frameworks, operational processes, and adoption approaches that enable sustainable enterprise AI transformation.
- Work alongside technical and business teams to iterate on AI solutions, refine workflows, validate business value, and scale successful implementations into production environments.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools, platforms, orchestration frameworks, and agentic systems to identify practical enterprise applications and scalable operational improvements.
- Seek opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through automation, AI-enabled workflows, streamlined operations, and scalable delivery practices.
Drive Program Governance & Executive Alignment
- Define program goals, success metrics, reporting structures, and KPI frameworks tied to adoption, operational efficiency, quality, ROI, and business impact.
- Partner with stakeholders to align intake processes, prioritization frameworks, governance models, SLA tracking, risk management, and post-launch measurement.
- Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, organizational blockers, and escalation paths.
- Provide ongoing executive communication, program visibility, and strategic recommendations to leadership teams.
- Operate effectively across highly matrixed organizations and engage stakeholders ranging from front-line operators to executive leadership.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders across technology, operations, product, and business organizations.
Drive Adoption & Operational Change
- Help organizations adopt AI-enabled ways of working through stakeholder engagement, operational change management, communication, enablement, and governance.
- Ensure AI solutions become embedded into day-to-day operations by driving user adoption, workflow redesign, process enablement, and measurable operational improvement.
- Support development of repeatable playbooks, frameworks, best practices, and delivery methodologies for scalable enterprise AI transformation.
- Mentor consultants, managers, and delivery teams while supporting delivery excellence across engagements.
Support Business Growth & Practice Development
- Support business development efforts including client presentations, solution shaping, proposals, opportunity qualification, and executive discussions.
- Contribute to the growth of Sia’s AI transformation practice through thought leadership, internal collaboration, capability building, and go-to-market development.
- Build strong long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for expanded transformation support.
