Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and approachable HR Generalist to join our growing team. Your mission in this role bridges general HR operations, talent acquisition, and cultural championship. As the heart of our people function, you will manage day-to-day HR workflows and hiring while keeping Logward’s culture thriving and morale high. Partnering with global stakeholders, you will ensure every team member feels supported, heard, and empowered to accelerate their growth.

Function: Human Resources / People Operations
Key Responsibilities
Compliance, Policy & Vendor Operations: Manage relationships with external HR vendors and partners to ensure seamless delivery, operational efficiency, and local legal compliance across payroll, benefits, and insurance.
Performance & Growth Frameworks: Facilitate and coordinate the bi-annual 9-box performance assessment process, empowering managers to deliver structured feedback and build clear career development paths.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle, driving a comprehensive, high-quality onboarding experience for a seamless ramp-up, while managing departures and offboardings with maximum care and professionalism.
Talent Acquisition Support: Partner closely with hiring managers to define team requirements, collaborating with the European Talent Acquisition team to streamline recruitment pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Culture Champion: Partner cross-functionally across all organizational levels to embed, scale, and evolve the Logward culture, driving alignment and ensuring core company values resonate in everyday actions.
Employee Engagement & Feedback: Design, execute, and monitor initiatives aimed at sustaining high morale; establish structured feedback loops to translate employee insights into meaningful, actionable improvements.
- Trusted People Partner: Act as an accessible, high-empathy point of contact for all team members, fostering transparent relationships that position the People function as a collaborative advocate rather than a bureaucratic checkpoint.
Qualifications
Experience: Approximately 3–4 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a similar generalist role.
Highly Autonomous & Self-Directed: A resilient professional who identifies opportunities for improvement, takes full initiative, and drives results without needing explicit instructions
Preferred (Not Required)
Industry Background: Prior experience working within a fast-growing SaaS, Freight Forwarding, or supply chain technology environment.
Secondary Languages: Fluency in an additional language is a valuable asset in our international, cross-cultural environment.
High Emotional Intelligence: Exceptional empathy and a warm demeanor that naturally invites trust, psychological safety, and open communication across multicultural teams.
Communication Excellence: C1 language proficiency in English, with the ability to confidently collaborate with global stakeholders, manage external vendors, and present strategic ideas clearly to leadership.
