Job Description
- Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Research industry trends to analyze opportunities.
- Handle incoming requests and conduct virtual demos of our platforms, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain diligent communication with customers to nurture client relationships.
- Collect and report sales information and statistics to inform business strategies.
- Keep CRM records up to date, reflecting all sales activities accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven inside sales and lead generation expertise.
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
- A solid record of accomplishment, preferably within the IT or Hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and a strong grasp of sales technologies.
- Team player with the capability to work collaboratively.
Additional Information

- Background in Hotel Operations Management or Information Technology Management.
