We are looking for an Insulation Inspector for a one year contract with our client in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect hot and cold insulation systems.
• Verify insulation materials and installation methods.
• Inspect cladding and weatherproofing systems.
• Monitor insulation thickness and quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with CUI prevention requirements.
• Review material certifications and inspection records.
• Conduct final inspections before handover.

Knowledge

• CUI prevention requirements
• Cryogenic insulation systems
• Hot insulation systems
• LNG facility insulation standards
• Project specifications

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• FROSIO Insulation Inspector, ICorr or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial insulation inspection.
• Experience in LNG, refinery, petrochemical or offshore projects.
