Overview
As a Quality Management Intern, I supported packing operations through the implementation and transition of digital Quality Management systems. This role provided hands-on experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisted in transitioning, testing, and validating quality inspection forms within the Quality Inspection Program.
- Supported the implementation and maintenance of digital quality management systems.
- Trained operational teams on system usage, KPI monitoring, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and compliance reporting.
- Contributed to the implementation of a CAPA program for packing operations to enhance quality performance and operational efficiency.
- Participated in quality system documentation, data management, and process improvement initiatives.
- Supported compliance activities through digital system management, monitoring, and reporting.

Qualifications
Grade 12
Diploma or Degree Quality Management.

Be a South African citizen (be able to produce a valid South African ID document)
-Be between the ages of 18-30
-Must be currently unemployed
-Must have no criminal record
-Must be willing to relocate to Randfontein
