Job Description
For our central Transfer Pricing Team we are looking for open-minded, ambitious and experienced TP Senior Specialist who will support and contribute to our key TP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, Master Files and benchmarking studies.
- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of SGS transfer pricing policies and intercompany pricing models.
- Draft and manage intercompany agreements in cooperation with Legal, Finance and business stakeholders.
- Provide transfer pricing advice to regional and local teams, helping to address complex business and tax matters.
- Support transfer pricing audits, APAs, MAPs and other tax controversy projects.
- Participate in M&A, business integration and process improvement initiatives, including the implementation of transfer pricing technologies.

Qualifications
This role is ideal if you have:
- 3+ years of professional experience in transfer pricing, preferably within a multinational environment.
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law, or a similar discipline.
- Solid understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international transfer pricing principles.
- Experience in preparing or reviewing Local Files, Master Files, benchmarking studies, and intercompany agreements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Experience working with transfer pricing databases and research tools (e.g., Moody's, Bureau van Dijk, RoyaltyStat, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data-driven working methods.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across different countries and functions.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a global environment.
