Job Description

Reporting to the Europe Head of Finance your responsibilities will be:

  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly reporting from affiliates in line with Group requirements.
  • Review and validate financial data, identifying inconsistencies and coordinating corrections with local teams.
  • Support compliance with Group reporting guidelines and accounting standards.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality budget and forecast submissions.
  • Manage Capex reporting and track regional spend.
  • Own reporting activities for assigned countries/regions and follow up on deadlines.
  • Prepare regional financial reports, KPIs, and management presentations.
  • Provide insights and ad-hoc analyses to support business decision-making.

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Economics or Accounting, with at least 5 years’ experience in financial reporting within an international organisation.
  • Fluent in English (the role will involve working predominantly in English).
  • Strong analytical finance professional with advanced Excel and Oracle Essbase/ERP knowledge.
  •  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently in multicultural environments.
  • Highly organised and results-oriented, with a pragmatic, proactive mindset, able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and deliver high-quality outcomes.
