Job Description
Team
The ServiceNow Release & Instance Management team within our Digital Technology department is a group of talented and energetic individuals. The team works closely with other application developers, product owners, internal users/employees, and other stakeholders to manage our large landscape of platforms with AI and automated workflows.
Role
We are seeking an engineer to build automation and AI capabilities to handle platform administration, platform inventory, release planning, and continuous improvement around our deployment processes across ServiceNow and various other platforms. This role extends beyond daily administration to longer term continuous improvement, automation and scale of critical processes like release and instance management. This role will include evaluation and implementation of ServiceNow products where needed – such as Digital Product Release.
What you get to do in this role:
Leverage AI and ServiceNow platform workflows and automation to standardize, streamline and automate various processes
Build tools to manage the complete lifecycle of production/sub-production environments
Review processes and identify opportunities for improvement, streamlining and standardization and implement those found
Help to plan and support platform upgrades including helping to troubleshoot technical product issues
Develop and share best practices based on lessons learned
Participate in activities outside of core hours and on weekends when required including participating in on-c
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, your will have:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 5+ years of IT industry experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to multi-task and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Strong understanding of technology platforms, particularly web applications/SaaS platforms
ServiceNow platform administration or development experience
Familiarity / experience with SAP platforms is a plus
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $149,800 - $262,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
